About

# Property management, the way we do it

Hostix is a Budapest-based, owner-minded property manager: we run your apartment as if it were our own.

## Seven years, one focus: Budapest

Our team has operated Budapest apartments as short-term rentals for over eight years. We don't expand to other cities: we believe standout results require local presence, district-level market knowledge and our own instantly deployable teams. We manage 50+ apartments — and our owners typically stay with us for years, many until they sell the property. For foreign owners this means a partner on the ground you can genuinely leave things to.

## In-house teams — that's the difference

Most property managers work with subcontractors. We don't: the three critical functions live under our own roof, which is why we can guarantee quality.

01

### Cleaning team

Standardised, inspected cleaning at every turnover — the foundation of great reviews.

02

### Laundry operation

Freshly washed textiles with our own laundry and logistics — always on time.

03

### Maintenance crew

Repairs within hours plus preventive care — protecting your property's condition long-term.
